Letter from the Chairman

Dear Sirs,

I´m pleased to extend our warmest invitation to participate in "PERU: Ninth International Gold Symposium" organized by the National Society of Mining, Oil and Energy, to be held from May 18 to 20, 2010 at the SwissÔtel in Lima, Peru.

For this occasion we have updated the Symposium’s scope to include other precious metals, which is reflected in the motto chosen “Precious metals: A challenge for the Industry”. The main objective of the ninth symposium is to encourage the participation of other industrial sectors related to these metals, and to present their contribution to humanity’s development.

We expect to have with us not only entrepreneurs, investors, executives, professionals and suppliers of the mining sector, but also from the manufacturing companies related to precious metals.

We are confident that the conferences that will be in charge of outstanding local and foreign professionals and experts, who will address topics of transcendental importance; our exhibition area and the social activities programmed, will arouse your interest.
